Your question is good but without little more information I may not be able to guide you correctly. You are from which place / state? What is full form of HR college? Where is it located? For bright future, MBA is a must. NMIMS is famous for it's MBA.

Hello DP,
These days availability of graduates in different fields has increased. Hence a simple graduate in commerce or humanities can expect CTC of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. Of course in some cases, it can go up or down but this is average.

Go for MBA, because management has more opportunities than CS. If you are average in studies, but good in communication and outdoor activities. Choose marketing in MBA and in your Bachelor's degree go for BBA or BMM. First, introspect yourself and do analysis. If you don't want to study much, then opt for courses which you can enjoy.
