B.Com general is more an older course with mix of many things such as companies act (basic level), MHRM and so on whereas B.Com banking and finance is a professional and more practical and specialised subject beneficial for someone interested in making career in core finance.

I hope you are doing well. For MBA admissions, you will have to appear for competitive exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, CET, etc. and they constitute English as its inherent part. If you believe you can work hard on your English then definitely go for MBA. Other than that SSC exam would be easier for you to crack if you have good quantitative skill and it would give opportunities to you as well.

Yes, you can definitely for PGDM course as the requirement of scores for the various colleges is distributed along as 50% + grades in 10th, 12th and graduation and a good MAT score.
