You asked the question way back in last year's June. It is really unfortunate that you didn't get any answer. I wasn't there at that time.
Anyway, the cut off for reserved categories' applicants are never disclosed. It's a mystery. I hope you already saw it.

Cut-off of getting admission in Punjab university is very high for B.Com course. But still, you should fill up form & apply for it may be you get. All the best.

After 12th commerce, you can go for for B.Com, BBA or different variations of these two courses. You can go for BA in economics too. After graduation, there are numerous specializations which you can choose.

For Unreserved Category:
Honors Graduates in Science / Commerce / Arts and Graduate in Engineering / Medicine / Law from any recognized University with 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.
For Reserved Category SC & ST:
Honors Graduates in Science / Commerce / Arts and Graduate in Engineering / Medicine / Law from any recognized University with 41.25% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.
For OBC A & OBC B:
Honors Graduates in Science / Commerce / Arts and Graduate in Engineering / Medicine / Law from any recognized University with 49.5% marks in aggregat

The PG course in Commerce which is MCOM has been shifted to St. Xavier's University, Kolkata from SXCKOL.
And the online application form is already open in the SXUK.edu.in from 23rd May and it'll be there till 9th June. So hurry up.
