If you want to pursue B.Com or any Bachelor's degree, then you need to complete your class 12th class. You can do it through NIOS, and then you can apply for Bachelor's degree from any of the university.

CFP is related to Advisory & also includes Wealth whereas CWM is a program specialized in wealth only.

To become a CS in UK or any country, one must have work experience of 3 to 5 years as a CS. You must also be a member of one of the following:
1. The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
2. The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.
3. The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
4. The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
5. The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
6. The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants.
7. The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting.
