Dear Manish,
No, neither CS nor CA is hard, what all it takes is proper studies regularly with concentration. Talking about value now since after amendments in act, there are many more opportunities for CS as well. So, we can say both these are equally valued.

Dear Udit,
Yes, one can pursue regular college alongside professional course but before to that, check for permission from the ICSI. Secondly, my recommendation is to go for regular college only if you are getting admission among one of the best colleges. Else, opt for correspondence graduation and concentrate on CS.

With commerce background, the only option for you to become Software Engineer is doing BCA after 12th board of MCA after B.Com provided you have Maths as a subject in 10+2 board.
