If you want to do CA, you should go with B.Com is much better. But if you want to go along with you BBA, you should have at least 60% marks in your degree to take admission in IPCC.

There is no direct entry to become Cyber Crime Officer in India. You can join police services as Sub inspector by appearing for State Service board examination or IPS by clearing Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC. Once you are in police you can specialize in cyber crime.
