There is no much difference between CA (ICAI) and CMA (ICMAI). While pursuing CA, articleship of 3 years is compulsory. CMA offers jobs to gain work experience just after its level-2 exams i.e. CMA-Inter. However, any one can qualify all levels of CMA with minimum gap of one year.

For admission, the only parameter that matters is your CAT score. Then you got to score well in Extempore and PI round.
Get into a top notch college like FMS, Delhi and you'll have a very good chance of bagging a top offer in any specialization. Traditionally, Investment banks, consultancy firms and few FMCG companies offer really lucrative placement packages across tier 1 B-Schools.

For a commerce student, finance and accounts related courses are apt. You can pursue PG Diploma or graduate certificate programs in accounts, management (Accounts), professional finance or accounting.

Yes, you can pursue law after 12th,
The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing a B.A. L.L.B. integrated degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in the aggregate.
Also, there are several state level entrance exams conducted for admission into B.A. L.L.B. integrated degree course. Some prestigious institutes like National Law School in Bangalore conduct separate entrance test such as All India Entrance Examination for admission to the degree courses.
