Hi,
There are many options after completing B.Com. If you want to go in the field of accounting and finance then go with CA/CS/ICWA. But, if you want to go with management and finance then you can go with MBA in finance.
But, if want to go with professional work in finance and accounts with global certification in less time then you should go with SAP FICO.

Both are good, but MBA gives you opportunities in all streams and CA is restricted to financial industry.
MBA provides with great management and communication skills which CA course lacks.

You probably need graduation degree and need to appear for exams like GATE, probably you need more 6-7 years from now so that you can complete your graduation and gain decent work experience.

No, it is impossible to get admission directly in third year B.Com regular degree in any college or university in India. You have to complete B.Com in 3 years only. If any institute or individual is promising you to get direct admission in third year B.Com then that is fake.

Yes, you can go for CA, but you might find it difficult because you haven't studied accounts in BBA.

Both these courses are good but MBA after BBA is gaining more popularity amongst the students, so think wisely and then decide.
