It's up to your interest. If you are interested in business, you may continue being into commerce stream. Whether you are interested in hotel management or want to become a CA, you should decide first about what your aim is and then discuss it with your parents & take their advise on the matter. IAS exam has nothing to do with your undergraduate stream. It is only the minimum qualification to appear in the examination. You may choose any optional subjects of your choice to appear in main examination while pre examination is same for all. You should visit the website of UPSC and find out the syllabus for civil service exam.

As you are a B.Com, so you are eligible to apply for LLB as the eligibility criteria is as under-
1. You should have a B.A / B.Sc. / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
2. There is also 2% weightage for the post graduate degree holders.
For seeking admission in this law course the students have to give an entrance test and a personal interview.
The course duration of LLB law is of three years:

Being a B.Com graduate with a Diploma in java, I expect a minimum of 10k per month. Assuming you have a very good knowledge in java, you can jump up to 40k in an year or so.

The cutoff for WAT/PI call differs every year. From past two years, the cutoff is near around 97 percentile. Eyeing the latest rank released by MHRD and IIMU being ranked 5th, there is expectation in increase of cutoff.
