Most of the universities in India do not allow students to pursue two PG degree M.Com & MBA simultaneously. You are advised to seek clarification from registrar of targeted universities for better understanding on their university specific rules & regulations.

If a university is listed as fake, then from a particular time the degrees provided by that university are also deemed fake, hence a UG degree holder cannot opt for PG courses. You need to check that the time from which the Gurukul University is deemed as fake falls during your studies or not.
