There are many fields in which you can have best career after graduation:
1) CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
2) CA (Chartered Accountants)
3) CS (Company Secretary)
4) CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
5) MBA
6) LLB (3 years)
7) MA (any special subject like Economics etc)
8) Diploma in Taxation Laws (DTL)
9) Actuary / Surveyor in Insurance sector
10) You can also appear for many competitive examination like UPSC, State PSC, AFCAT, Bank PO, SSC - CGL etc. (These examination contains many subjects, which you study during your graduation like economics, law etc.)

Probably not possible.You can prepare for CAT exam along with M.Com. Try to score well to get admission in a good B-school.You may pursue MBA/PGDM after completing your M.Com.

After B.Com you should look for a job in the field in which you want to pursue your career. After gaining experience of 2 to 3 years, you can go for MBA, according to your experience. This will help you in gaining good career opportunities and growth in your career.
