Yes Department of management studies of IIT Delhi is a very good option for pursuing MBA in terms of placements, fee, Faculties etc.
It accepts admission on the basis of CAT exam.

Considering your interest factor, My recommendation is you should prepare for CAT/XAT/SNAP for admissions in MBA and talking about specialization you can choose for MBA -Entrepreneurship or MBA international business.Both of these having good scope ahead.
Talking about CA - Tell me about what sort of tips you need for CA.
