Bikash, after 12th commerce you can go for BBA, BCA, B.Com(Professional), Hotel Management, BJMC, fashion designing, interior designing etc.
There are many good universities that are offering a wide range of courses to choose from along with good placements to their students. Some of these universities also offer scholarships.

B.Com (H)
B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. You can also pursue courses like Chartered Accountancy along with your B.Com (honours.)
You are taught in depth, about the subjects
You can specialize in subjects like Accounting or Economics
B.Com (P)
The course is similar to B.Com (H). The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subjects in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honours course.
You are given an overview of the subjects.
You cannot specialize in Accounting or Economics

Every educational institute is good in its own way. As for fees it varies from college to college and this you need to check from the individual colleges yourself.
Quality of Education as well as placements are something that most of the private universities are good at.

As you have mentioned your interest and with that you have completed B.com, my suggestion is pursue a certificate course in SAP, and after the completion of same you will get good jobs with good package.

before you choose CS as your career I just remind u that its a very tough course.in finals level only 3% is the passing percentage.dont make any decision in haste.first go through the subjects n books of the course n if you are ready to study atleast 8 hours a day then only enroll for same.I am not trying to scare you my frnd.just giving a honest guidance which I wish I had got before going for the same
