Yes you can do both together. But CS is pretty difficult. You will have to put a lot of effort in there. And if you succeed, you will have an advantage. You will complete both CS and B.Com. together.

I think it's No, you can't do that because to get admission in bsc (it ) you have science with mathematics in your class 12th. However you can do MBA in it after your graduation.

Computer as an additional subject will not help you but if you have maths as an additional subject that can really help you because maths is present in the course of CPT. Ofcourse CA is a difficult course but hardwork is the key to success if you do hardwork you can clear CPT exam by not having maths subject in 11th and 12th standard also.All the best.
