I run a commerce Institute too.
According to me for giving Tution you don't need any degree, you just need a best way by which students get better knowledge about the topics.
But there is an old saying that "Jo dikhta h whi bikta h." so you need degree of that class or equivalent class of which you want to give tutions.

i think you can't do both degree on regular basis but you can do one degree regular and the other one with distance education if University approve this, reasone being some University does not approve two degree at the same time.

Both are equally good colleges with excellent reputation. You may assess colleges based on your degree subject.

Yes You Can Continue With Bcom. It Is Best field for extraction of Whole knowledge of commerce field. Otherwise BBA, BMS, BBI BAF etc are the Fields in which you can make ur career. Every Course has its own Advantage which might be not in Another One.
I personally Suggests Bcom.
