Since you are currently employed,I would advice you to pursue part time MBA /executive MBA/distance education MBA from a reputed institute.
since you are in Accounts ,you could pursue MBA in Finance

Government departments generally do not hire directly. You will have to appear in entrance exams to become IT officer.

If you want to be an economist or civil servant then BA (Hons.) economics is a good option. If you want to do Commerce & Accounting/MBA in future then B.Com (Hons.) will be a better option.
