for banking sector IBPS exam is needed for nationalised banks
for private banks post graduates can do
MBA finance would be greatly beneficial
there are also banking diploma courses conducted by institutes like IFBI
few banks have their own education programme in which the students get placed after completion of programme
you can also do CFA which has great demand
