There are 3 levels of CA -CPT,IPCC and final
Ca CPT can be done after 12th
Doing graduation is not compulsory but most people do bcom or other
After bcom you can directly do IPCC
Since CA is tough to clear many take up CA after 12th to save time
So if you can manage do ca after 12th alongwith bcom

There are classes which have short term computer accounting courses
eg ICA institutes courses like Certified industrial accountant
They teach sap tally and others
there are other classes as well
You can even individually join classes for advanced excel and tally which will be beneficial

There are many mba colleges in India
You can search around for your choice
Top colleges in India would be IIM Ahemdabad IIM banaglore XLRI Symbiosis NMIMS and many more
You can go for full time mba in finance hr marketing and also other fields depending upon your interest
