HelloIf you get good marks in 10th and 12th than you will get good impression in resume as well as in interview.Many companies decide criteria based on board percentage. So Board exam marks are very important in future for getting good job.

Dear student
Specially this programme requirement is PCB from science background and if you looking your future in the same than diploma and certificate won't help you.
So suggestion from my you should think for other programme like psychology and go for clinical psychology in master degree . Even after M.phil degree you can do your practice in clinical psychology field in hospital.
