The concept of MBA is highly misunderstood here in India. Internationally, MBA programs are designed for individuals who have a minimum three years of experience and are meant for those who wish to take up senior level positions within an organization. If we may compare Indian MBA with international MS programs as these programs are meant for freshers. (Though a few universities overseas do offer Fresher MBA programs to lure Indian students).
