Master of Commerce eligibility:-
- The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.Com. Degree is having graduation degree in commerce stream.
- However, as an alternative criterion, many universities accept graduation degree with Honors in economics or business/management studies for admission to their M.Com degree course.
- Some of the very reputed universities and institutes demand a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct entrance examination to get admission to their M.Com. Degree course.

CWA is quite difficult to pass as it is much difficult as CA itself. You can work in a company at senior level position, work in firm or even you can practice yourself. Scope is very good now due to passing of new companies act and hence, demand is also good.

You must have commerce stream in class 12th, you need to have accounts and business studies amongst your subjects in this class. However, it isn't mandatory to have commerce stream because, you can learn concepts of accounts even if you have science stream, but it would be difficult.

E-commerce (or electric commerce) means the buying & selling of goods & or services via electronic channels, primarily the Internet. In recent years it has gained better prospectus. If you choose this career that means you are completing the course after three years, even then there will be good demand in India as well as abroad. Because of your commerce background with e-commerce, definitely there will be good scope.

It is to be checked carefully. Many Indian universities may not come into notice automatically. We may feel that we are known abroad, but it may be otherwise.

Hi Smit,
If you haven't decided where to study then it is the first and foremost thing you must do. Since, every country has certain admission requirements, so you must meet the criteria set by them. You must also clear all the backlogs before you apply. Students from India and non-English speaking countries must give IELTS or TOEFL. In addition, there might be other exams to be taken depending on the country and college. Therefore, decide what to study and from where.
I hope it will help you.
