Yes, you can apply for the 2nd year of B.Com form Gujarat but there is not only you who is applying for the transfer, the other students are also try to transfer so do not think that you will definitely get the admission. But I will do say that you should first try because many students have luck in transfer. Even the worse student get transferred to other college.

No, you can't not write 3rd year paper if B.A. It is not possible. Your options are like this first you can complete the B.Com course and you can apply for the B.A. Or you can directly take admission in the B.A. Course. Now its all up to you what you want to do.

None of the Iims offer the B.Com course. Indian institutes of Management do not offer undergraduate courses.

9. V. Drona For CA Cma. You have to apply for the ICAT to take admission in the CA course. You can register for the ICAT on online. After that you have to give the test and pass it and then you'll get the massage or mail.

Yes, HPU is good for B.Ed. The admission shall be made on the basis of Academic Merit. The applicant should be a teacher possessing Graduation/Post Graduation Degree with 55% (50% marks in case of SC/ST) with two years teaching experience in a Government or Government recognised school located in the territorial jurisdiction of the University and within the State of Himachal Pradesh. The eligibility conditions are and shall be the same as prescribed by the NCTE/any other competent authority from time to time.
