If you belong to GM category, then you will have to apply via MGT quota as the cutoff is 2750 (approx.) for which the fee structure is INR. 9.7 L for 4 years.

Yes, you stand a chance to get into this college, as you are from reserved category, but check out previous year cut off here kea.kar.nic.in/dcet2017.htm.

2nd year: 1.75 Lacs

You may have to clear a state level lateral entry admission test to be deemed eligible for lateral entry admissions (2-year of B.Tech).
