No. AEEE application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.

Candidates do not have to re-register from the start. However, they have to fill certain details in the form again like the exam centre, exam pereference, etc. Also, such candidates have to pay INR 600 to apply for the AEEE phase 2 exam.

No. AEEE 2026 registration is fully online via the portal - aeee.amrita.edu. The candidates are advised to have their own personal and valid email ID and mobile number. The candidates are advised to retain the registered mobile number and email ID they have submitted in the registration form till all the admission procedures are completed, as all important updates will be informed to the candidates through SMS/e-mail or both to the registered mobile No. /e-mail ID.

No. However, candidates can intimate the Directorate of Admission for any necessary corrections / modifications of particular (s) of the AEEE application data, if any, prior to the Entrance Examination. Request for change will not be accepted after the Entrance Examination.
Also, note that multiple application forms submitted by a candidate will not be accepted and will lead to the cancellation of their AEEE results.

A candidate appearing for AEEE 2026 can submit three preferences of exam cities from the available list of cities. AEEE 2026 will be conducted in a centre in the cities given on the list, provided there are enough candidates. The preferences submitted by the candidate are only indicative and a guide to the University for deciding the number of centres in each city. A candidate will be allotted one out of the three preferred cities, preferably the first preferred city. If the exam cannot be conducted at the first preferred city of a candidate, for any reason whatsoever, they will be allotted to the second/third preference as appli

No. The candidates are advised not to send a hard copy of online AEEE application form to the University. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application, i.e., the acknowledgement page, for future reference or correspondence, if any. The AEEE 2026 application form will be considered as complete only after the requisite application cost is made by the means specified.

Academic Profile, documents upload, and JEE Mains 2026 Score Card (with percentile) may be entered in the AEEE 2026 application form after the publication of the results. It is not mandatory to fill in the same at the time of filling the AEEE 2026 application.

Candidates have to fill in personal information, details of preferred admission channel (AEEE or JEE) and education related details in the AEEE form. Also, they need to upload documents to complete the online application process.

Yes, definitely. Candidates who have appeared in Phase I of the AEEE 2026 examination can also appear for Phase II examination by paying an additional fee of INR 600. This is an opportunity given to the candidates for improving their scores. The best score from both Phase I and Phase II of AEEE 2026 will be taken for AEEE 2026 ranking and seat allotment.

Yes, there is. Candidates, whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July, 2005, can apply for AEEE 2026.
