The application fee for the AEEE (Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination) depends on whether you are applying through AEEE only or through both AEEE and JEE Main:

AEEE only: INR 1200 (Indian Rupees Twelve Hundred)

AEEE + JEE Main: INR 1200 (Indian Rupees Twelve Hundred)

JEE Main only: INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred)

Note: These are the fees for the 2024 exam cycle. You can find the official information about the application fee on the AEEE website, but it's currently past the application deadline so the 2024 information might not be readily available. The candidate's state of origin and AEEE rank are taken into consideration when determining their admission to the mechanical engineering programme on the Coimbatore campus. If an applicant from Tamil Nadu receives a 6000 on the AEEE, they stand a fair chance of being admitted to Mechanical Engineering; this is not the case for candidates from other states. For the same, they demand a higher rating, AEEE A.I.R.<2000. Still, this is only an approximation. Depending on how many applicants take the AEEE each year, it might alter.

No, there will be only one counselling process for AEEE, regardless of whether you appeared for Phase 1, Phase 2, or both. The AEEE score used for counselling considers your best performance across all the phases you appeared for. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducts a single counselling session after the completion of the AEEE exam phases. During this counselling, candidates are allotted seats based on their combined AEEE score, seat availability, and their preferences.

With a rank of 6598 in the Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE), securing a seat in the Mechanical Engineering programme at Amrita School of Engineering, Bengaluru, is challenging but possible. Admission chances vary each year based on factors like the number of applicants, seat availability, and the difficulty level of the exam. Historically, cutoffs for popular branches like Mechanical Engineering tend to be lower in the first few rounds of counseling. However, with a rank of 6598, it is advisable to participate actively in all rounds of counseling, as seats sometimes become available due to withdrawals or reshuffling. Addi

Once academic preferences for AEEE counselling are submitted, they are final until the website's designated day and the trial allotment is released. Remember that an academic preference cannot be changed once it has been assigned. An applicant may submit a maximum of 42 Academic Preferences. Each campus offers both BTech disciplines and a combination of campus offerings under Academic Preference.

Indeed, a candidate may apply for AEEE 2024 if they want to sit for the 10+2 test in 2024. By the time of the counselling process, candidates must make sure they have their 10+2 results with them. Candidates must also have at least a 60% cumulative grade point average in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, and at least a 55% grade point average in each of these three disciplines.

You might not receive a CSE branch from counselling at any of the Amrita campuses; perhaps ECE will receive a campus in Amravati. Try the management quota if you're seeking for a superior campus; this university has the highest placement rates.
