Hello Manoj, I am afraid, majority if states have put up the restriction to domiciled candidates only for lateral admission. This of course follows the rules for first year admission for engineering. But you can attempt getting admission in a deemed to be University as these are out of ambit.

There is a low chance of getting a seat. However, once in pass you can consult the management for a management seat.
