Hello Pratham,
100% placements is actually an uthopia, of course presently perhaps IT or CSE are the branches where placements nearing 100% is happening. The latest report by the Ministry of HRD of the Government of India has claimed that the average figure of placements for fresh graduates is just about 50%. The case is no better or no worse for aeronautical engineering branch. In fact, in India, the chances of placements in the core work area for aeronautical engineers is much worse since perhaps only DRFO and ISRO are the agencies who recruit aeronautical engineers. Of course, armed forces also recruit aeronautical engineers but it

Are you really seeking to know any government college, which does not charge any tuition fee for B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering? I am afraid there is no such Institution in India. In fact these days the government colleges are enhancing their fees to be in line with their expenditures. It is however pertinent to say that the fees charged by government colleges is quite less as compared with many private colleges. This is so because government colleges do not have to recover all the expenditure incurred from tuition fees but are subsidies for the same by the government, however you will have to pay some fees in government colleges a

Yes, it is good. The demand is always there including in aerospace software and electronics development i.e. avionics part.
Aircrafts have to be maintained and serviced regularly for efficiency, safety and air-worthiness. Aircraft maintenance engineers work under the direct supervision and guidance of aeronautical engineers for the maintenance of aircraft frame, engine, electrical systems and other ancillary fittings.

Hello Bhoopathi, Your query is genuine but answering it is bit tricky. These days perhaps only NIT's & IIT's or CFTI's are the government colleges that accept students on all India basis. Almost no state government allows students of other states to take admission in government or aided private colleges. In addition NIT's & CFTI's do not offer aeronautical engineering branch. So this leaves option of only IIT or your state government college for admission. There is link on Shiksha platform to know government colleges of your state. I would advise you to have a look ATIT then decide.

Hello Yogeshbhai,
Almost every state has established a committee for deciding on the fees that can be charged by any engineering college. The committee takes into account all aspects of expenditure viz building and infrastructure, salaries of staff, some other essential expenditure and of course reasonable profit. Every college that desires to increase the fee need to undergo scrutiny by this committee before the rise in the fee is accepted.
