Placements: In AME course, none of the institutes provides placement. You have to create your resume and apply everywhere. You get the call for the interview, and your performance decides your job percentage. After the completion of 2.5 years, you have to get the job training with your self-expenses. After that, you will be eligible for the job, and at that time, your course was complete.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is better than any AMEN institutes. You get a library, sports campus and Wi-Fi facilities. The medical facility is not available in the college campus. It is far away from the college.

Amity has a very good reputation academically. As a result, a large number of companies visit for recruitment. Though branch wise figures were not available, names of companies visited last year is quite impressive. You need not worry about this aspect. The CTC offered is as per the industry norms but specific details for aeronautical engineering branch are not available.

Nobody can give you the guarantee of placements. If someone does, then it's fraud. However, all institutions give utmost importance to this aspect since future admissions and earnings depend on this. So, do not worry. Concentrate on studies and you will be rewarded.
