You are supposed to spend a lot of money for it, because the college loses the money, if you quit from the college. It is better to complete all the 4 years in the same college than shifting.

You are supposed to write an entrance exam, if you score well then your fee structure depends on the rank you get in the exam. Even I'm pursuing AE in NMIT college in Bangalore which is the best college for aeronautical engineering. Just try hard and hope for the best.

The admission for this course is closed. If you are really interested, then you can only join through management quota and there is no other option too. Otherwise, try in the next year.

Akshat don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
