In Maharashtra, admissions are based on MHCET and hence your JEE Mains score will not be of much use. However, deemed to be universities located in Maharashtra accept this score. You will have to approach them individually. If not on merit, you can get admission perhaps in management quota.

Yes, you are eligible. Though you have to take admission in college, which doesn't take admission through JEE. Private college is your option get the one the best. All the best.

After knowing your marks, I would like to advise you sincerely to remove thoughts of doing engineering. Though nothing is impossible in this world. I feel only choice you have is to take admission under management quota.

Pursuing engineering in Aeronautical engineering branch is similar to pursuing engineering in any other branch. You need to pass class 12th with good marks, at least 75%, and then appear for and clear CET of your state and JEE Mains.
