Hello Mohammed,
After completion of diploma in mechanical engineering, you are entitled for lateral admission to 2nd year in Aeronautical Engineering branch in any college but in your own state. However treating your diploma as equivalent to 12th, you can get admission in 1st year in IIT also.

Aeronautical engineering deals with designing new aircraft that are limited to the Earth's atmosphere and deal with the concepts, components and forces that affect the aircraft. For example, aerodynamics, avionics, materials science and propulsion.
Aircraft maintenance engineering deals with the repair of these aircraft. This can be part specific.
So in comparison, aircraft maintenance engineering deals with repairing existing aircraft, where aeronautical engineering deals with creating new and improved air craft.

Hello Yash,
Firstly congratulations for having a dream. Now you can work on achieving this dream. It would be best if you can get admission in IIT M or IISc, Bangalore. For this you have to pass 12th with at least 75% and then prepare for JEE Mains and Advanced. Remember, nothing is impossible.
