Yes, you can get, but what's score of GUJ-CET because for ACPC, it is 60:40 ratio of GUJ-CET and board result.

No, there are less chance to get a seat in aeronautical engineering with that score. You need above 110 atleast.

IIT Powai is the best college to study B.Tech in aeronautical engineering in India. IIST and PEC University, Chandigarh are other two good options for doing B.Tech in aeronautical engineering. Every college has its own process for lateral entry admission. For example, Manipal University admission in B.Tech Lateral entry is based on written test score in entrance examination conducted by university. You may prepare for the targeted engineering colleges and then check their admission process on their websites.

Aircraft Maintenance course is basically a diploma course and it is not equivalent to graduation. If you pursue Aeronautical Engineering, that will be considered graduation. Also with AME course you cannot apply for Post graduation. The career growth will be slow in AME course as compared to Aeronautical Engineering.
