Aeronautical Engineering

You must pursue engineering in aeronautics after it.

You have to clear JEE entrance exam, then you can get a reputed college.

You can evaluate doing B.Tech in aeronautical engineering from Manipal University or Amity University. These universities have their own engineering entrance examination for admission in engineering degree courses.

You can join DRDO/ Indian Air Force/ HAL etc. after B.Tech in aeronautical engineering. These organizations have a provision of higher studies for their engineers while on job.

It is compulsory to appear for engineering entrance examination to do aeronautical engineering from good engineering colleges and universities. You can join Btech Aeronautical by applying through the lateral entry pathway. The applications will be available at the Manipal University website soon.

You can join DRDO/ ISRO/ aviation manufacturing or its ancillary units/ airlines/ air force/ educational institutes/ R&D units / IT etc after M.Tech aeronautical engineering. DRDO and ISRO advertise their aeronautical engineering regularly in employment news. You can apply aganist open advertisement. You can appear for GATE for joining PSUs. You are eligible to join Indian Air Force by appearing in SSB. IAF advertise their engineers requirement twice a year. You may sit in campus placement for core AE companies & IT companies.

Placements in college is good. A lot of companies come for various branches. There are a lot of options for students. For aeronautical particularly no good technical companies come.

There are barely any placements in core companies for Aeronautical. Other branches it's really good. Aero students tend to get placed in non technical companies.
