Aeronautical Engineering is offered at the Amity Institute of Technology and is one of Amity University's most involved courses. The approach focuses on building a firm foundation in the topic and allowing pupils to learn more via experimentation. Students get insight into areas such as aerodynamics, propulsion, Thermodynamics aircraft system and instrumentation, mechanics of materials and fluids, flight mechanics, aircraft stability and control with the aid of field-experienced staff members and updated laboratories. Hello Viswes, presently in India, one can think of becoming an astronaut if ine is in IAF. However if you go to US then you can become astronaut with different educational background. It all depends on the requirements if the space agency at that point in time. Best wishes to you.

Hello Vaishnavi Kale, in these days of gender parity, where girls have become fighter pilots in IAF, I feel that any branch of engineering is good for girl students. But again a word of caution. At least atvthe present, the employment opportunities for fresh aeronautical engineering graduates in India is at best very limited. Majority of students end up doing MBA or go abroad for MS. Please consider this situation too before deciding to join this branch. Best wishes to you.

Hello Lavanya, practically speaking civil engineering has almost no similarity with the branch of aeronautical engineering. Therefore I am doubtful as to whether you are eligible to get admission under, atleast, lateral mode in this branch. But I would advise you visit the webpage of the directorate of technical education of your state to find out which branches of engineering a student can get under lateral mode of admission after completing Diploma in different branches. However you can treat this Diploma as equivalent to 12th and then appear for the entrance examination conducted by your state for admissions to engineering colleges

Hello Jamila, yes, CET is not only good enough, but the only requirement for getting admission. Which subjects you studied in 12th actually does not matter. Yes, the reputation of Dayanand Sagar is quite good. Best wishes to you.

Hello Suhas, no, M.Tech is not required for getting job. B.Tech in itself is enough. Actually getting a job is function of diverse variables. Economic development of the country. Industrial climate. Resourcefulness of candidates etc. Best wishes to you.
