Hello Mitali Saxena, the career path of aeronautical engineering graduates in India is really very tough. There are hardly any private companies which employ graduates of this branch. If we call at the data of the previous batches who have passed out we come to a startling information that majority of the students have opted for MS in the same branch abroad for MBA in India. A very minor percentage could get the job related to the branch. Even the supposedly good employers in DRDO and ISRO who are in this field in the country employee specialist from almost all the subjects for their percent in aeronautical dreams. My sincere advice is to think twice before selecting this branch as the choice for doing engineering graduation. Best wishes to you.

Hello Smriti, aeronautical engineering is very difficult or different branch. Even at the graduation level there are very few jobs and as a result most of the students end up doing either MBA or going abroad for MS After Diploma it would be very tough for you to get any job. Since there are hardly any industries and whatever industries in the field of aerospace, they employee people with specialisation for Diploma in mechanical or electrical for some search field. I would sincerely advise you to think again as to why you want to going for Diploma in aeronautical engineering? What is your aim, what is it that you want to become in future? Even in India the two main employers in ISRO and DRDO, they take specialist from almost all the branches like physics mathematics materials computers nanoparticles etc. Best wishes to you.

Hello Satya Prakash, aeronautical engineering is like any other branch of engineering. The process of admission is exactly same. If you want to get admission in NIT or IIT you need to pass JEE Mains and JEE Advanced respectively. In many states entrance exam is conducted for screening students for admission in the colleges within the states. Beyond this deemed to be university is and private colleges for their management quota seats give admission, many a times based on marks obtained in the 12th examination. In view of this if you want to get admission for any of these engineering courses you should find out and decide where you want to get admission and then take steps accordingly. Best wishes to you.
