Aerospace engineering in IIT M, has good reputation besides placement record. Cutoffs for this year's JEE Mains has not been announced yet. You need to be in club of 70 percentiles minimum to get choice of your liking.

Prospects for aerospace engineers are increasing every day. With the current Aero India show in Bangalore, many private companies are announcing tie ups with big companies from US and Europe. In addition you can get job in IAF, BEML, TAS, DRDO, HAL, Reliance, etc.

Yes, all the courses are good. In today's time, there is a good demand for aerospace engineers, but opportunities are limited because these branches have a specific time. It doesn't come under the evergreen branches but future will be good if you work hard.

(1) IIT Kharagpur
(2) IIT Bombay
(3) IIT Delhi
(4) IIT Kanpur
(5) SRM university, Chennai
(6) VIT University, Vellore

Germany is what I would prefer. The country is well known for automobiles, mechanical and aerospace engineering. You should also check Canada, Japan, UK, Russia etc. US is tough for jobs. There is no particular company giving preference to freshers. Every company hires freshers and experienced candidates. You need to research on organizations dealing with your area and check their career pages, check the vacancies and profiles they recruit.
