As of now, Quantum University, located in Roorkee (Dehradun-Roorkee area, Uttarakhand), is not listed as ICAR-recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. It also holds approvals from bodies like the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law programs and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) for pharmacy courses. Quantum University offers a B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture program that follows the ICAR 5th Dean's Committee recommendations and UGC guidelines, but following ICAR's syllabus framework does not mean the university is ICAR-accredited.
