As of now, Quantum University, located in Roorkee (Dehradun-Roorkee area, Uttarakhand), is not listed as ICAR-recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. The university is, however, approved by UGC under Section 2(f) and has the authority to confer degrees under Section 22(1) of the UGC Act. It also holds approvals from bodies like the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law programs and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) for pharmacy courses. Quantum University offers a B.Sc (Hons.)
