Both the fields mentioned by you are completely different from each other. One will lead you to the management field and the other is to some extent technical. B.Sc in agriculture engineering & B.Tech in agriculture engineering as the name of the courses only suggest that one is a Science-oriented and the other is a technology oriented. Hence, these two are unique in their own way. The main job profiles after B.Sc in agriculture:

This is the total fees, for the entire course. The course has total 8 semesters and fees for each semester is Rs.30,000, hence total comes to Rs.2,400,000. Direct link to see the fees-

B.Sc Agriculture is an undergraduate three year course which deals with the study of fundamental principles of agriculture whereas B.Tech in Agriculture is a professional course of four years which deals with the study of engineering principles of agriculture.

At the time of applying for this course, the minimum eligibility qualification is, that you should have your intermediate Agriculture or Science with Mathematics or Biology. Link to the detailed criteria mentioned on college website -http://gbpuat.ac.in/academics/registrar/index.html.
