Both the fields mentioned by you are completely different from each other. One will lead you to the management field and the other is to some extent technical. So, be careful while choosing any of the fields as the future will depend only on what you chose today. If you are good in communication skills and managing things in an organized way you can go with an MBA, but if you are good with your technicals you should go with B.Sc. In Agriculture.

B.Sc in agriculture engineering & B.Tech in agriculture engineering as the name of the courses only suggest that one is a Science-oriented and the other is a technology oriented. Hence, these two are unique in their own way. The main job profiles after B.Sc in agriculture:
Agriculture Technician
Rice Breeder
Agriculturists
Seed Technologist
Agriculture Specialist
The main job profiles after B.Tech in agriculture engineering:
Agricultural Sales Engineer
Farming Consultant

B.Sc Agriculture is an undergraduate three year course which deals with the study of fundamental principles of agriculture whereas B.Tech in Agriculture is a professional course of four years which deals with the study of engineering principles of agriculture.

In Agriculture course is done basically through marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Direct Admission) or written exam conducted by the university that offers the degree.
