Both the courses belong to different area of interest. Like in agriculture one will work in the areas related to crops and in case of dietician, planning of diet and nutrition expert. Choose accordingly.

I think both of them are important, as without Farmers, you cannot be able to have food, it may be a low level farmer or high level doesn't matter. Engineers are also important, as they can make farming easy by making tools, which can reduce time and work force required in farming, doing innovation etc. Both of them are important for the making and continuous Working of country, world.
