To pursue degree in agriculture, go for Masters in agriculture, you must clear an entrance exam for that. Some of the entrance exams for M.Sc Agriculture are as follows:

ICAR AIEEA
MCAER PG CET

Sorry to say, but without clearing JET, ICAR exams, you are not eligible for this college through counselling. But you may get a seat via management quota for B.Sc in agriculture.
