Yes, you can join IAF through these methods:
1. Indian Military Academy Direct Entry (CDS):
Graduation Degree from a recognized University is required. The candidate has to be unmarried. The candidate has to appear for the CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). After selection, training will be provided at IMA, Dehradun. The duration of training will be 18 month.
2. Officers Training Academy SSC Non Tech entry:

As a graduate, you can enter into the Flying branch of Air Force through the Air Force Academy. It is one of the most prestigious training establishments of the Indian Air Force.
Eligibility for IAF Pilots Exam:
Age limit for IAF Pilots Exam: 19 to 23 years on the 1st of the month of commencement of the course.

There are no percentage needed in your class 10th and 12th to apply for Indian Airforce.
So, no need to worry about the percentage. You can directly apply for the NDA exam, which is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.
Eligibility criteria:
The candidate should be complete +2 from a recognized state board of India.
Age limits is 16.5years to 19years.
Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
Candidate should be physically fit.
So, if you fulfill above criteria then you have to apply NDA exam but in this no percentage restrictions.

If you got 72.60 % marks in class 12th, then BCA course is definitely a good choice. It can provide number of job opportunities and has a good career scope for the candidates.
This course is best for the candidates who have interest in pursuing higher studies in technical related streams or stream related to Information Technology.

It's very nice to see your dream of joining IAF. Presently girls are allowed entry only as an officer. For this, you will have to pass UPSC conducted exam after graduation. IAF website will give you detailed info.
