DGCA, Government of India (Ministry of Civil Aviation) is responsible for approval of Pilot/ Cabin crew related courses. So any institute approved from DGCA is the best for pursuing Air hostess course.

Here are the eligibility criteria for becoming a cabin crew:

Be at least 18 years of age or 21 for some airlines
10+2 passed in any stream with English subject
Have a good level of physical fitness
Have normal vision
