Procedure to join Airlines as a cabin crew member: If you fit the physical criteria of the airline (height above 155 cm for girls and 170 cm for boys), have no visible tattoos or piercings, have normal eyesight, and have no marks or scars on your hands or face, and have passed your 12th-grade exams, you are eligible. If you are 18 years old and older, you can get through an airline based in India, but you have to be 21 years old before an airline based abroad hires you. So, step 1 is to clear your 12th standard. 1- Indian Nationals with Valid Passports, PAN cards, and Aadhar cards.
2- Excellent Communication skills in both the languages in English and Hindi.
3- minimum Height- 170 cm for males and 155 cm for females.

The age limit for cabin crew is depending on the airline. For example, a lot of airlines in Middle East Asia have age limits. Usually, their age limits are approximately either 30 or 35 years. But, if you are in the USA or Europe they usually do not have this kind of age limit, their age limit might even be 50 or 65 years. However, the Maximum age to apply for cabin crew positions for freshers or inexperienced non-cabin crew applicants is 27 years.
