Age: Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height: Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight: In proportion to height
Educational Qualification: HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features: Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status: Unmarried
Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
Interactive skills: Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
Nationality: Indian citizen only
Passport: Must possess a valid Indian passport or should have applied for a passport
Mandatory Documentation: Must possess a Pan Card and Aadhaar Card.
So, that becomes very clear that it merely requires some grooming to get the job of a cabin crew. They don't demand much from candidates. You should be interpersonal sound and capable to handle people from different cultures. Cabin crew is the face of the airline because they face the passengers for the first time. Foreign languages like German, French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese, Can allow you to get an edge over others. As this allows the airline to roster you on routes where such languages are spoken. You may choose to join any grooming and training institute like Frankfinn or any other for that matter. If you feel that you need some prior understandable training. Such institutions help the candidate to get introduced to the work culture and type of duties that a cabin crew has to perform. They also help with job notifications when the airlines start hiring. Although None of them provides any placements, they only help with vacancy notifications. No airline entertains any third party involvement in the selection of their cabin crew.

Jet airways Training Academy conducts interviews before shortlisting people to be trained for cabin crew Training.
You shall have to appear and get through the same to get trained with them.

Looks like your power is on the higher side. I am sharing information regarding eyesight have a close look.
Eyesight: Most airlines prefer normal vision or minimum uncorrected distant vision of 6/24 in each eye. Correctable to at least 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in the other eye. If you are aspiring to work as a air-hostess and wear glasses, then switch over to contact lenses as early as possible. Power of your contact lenses should not exceed -2D (Minus Two Dioptre). Candidates who have undergone any eye surgery to improve their vision or to correct colour blindness, are not eligible to apply.
