Candidate profile for freshers is as under:
See for yourself if you qualify all of the following then you can proceed for your career as a cabin crew / air hostesses. Age: Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height: Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight: In proportion to height
Educational Qualification: HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features: Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status: Unmarried
Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage. Interactive skills: Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
Nationality: Indian citizens only
Passport: Must possess a valid Indian passport or should have applied for a passport
Mandatory Documentation: Must possess a Pan Card and Aadhaar Card.

As such, there is no specific course, but if you feel that you are weak in English, you may join classes for improvement in English. The basic necessity to be a cabin crew in India is to be good at spoken English because it is one of the most acceptable language across the networks of most of the India airlines. Apart from English you may try learning foreign language also which form a very important part in the career of a cabin crew. They allow your selection with preference and also allows the airline operator to promote you to international sectors where such languages are spoken. You may try learning French, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese etc. for that matter.
