Those who are graduated and join aviation get opportunity to join in the management and admin team of the organisation. Depending on the organisation's requirement and Candidate's caliber additional responsibilities with additional perks can be added.

You can either apply directly to colleges which take admission merit wise or you should prepare for CAT to get through the entrance and enrol in some of the premier institutes in India.
