AKTU marksheet is prepared based on the theory and practical marks of the students. In the last or final year of the course, students are required to submit a project work. As per the official website, non-submission of the project report will not effect the theory marks.

The level of difficulty depends on the course opted by the student. As per the information collated from web, AKTU semester exams are not that tough and students who prepare well in advance find it easy to pass the exam. Students must use diagrams and flow charts wherever, required to present the answers properly. These additional efforts help students fetch more marks.

To get admission to AKTU for UG/PG courses, candidates must appear for entrance exams such as JEE Mains/CUET/CUET-PG. Candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria before applying. A minimum of Class 12 is required to apply for UG courses whereas, a bachelor's degree is required for PG programmes.
