Yes, you can study abroad after BAMS. I would recommend you to identify the right course for yourself and also check the eligibility before applying for the desired course. In Canada, there are ample opportunities for Doctors. You need to identify your preferred location for pursuing higher studies

Your mark sheet itself says you passed. The certificate takes some time. Please contact your institution and board for the same as for the delay in your case.

Yes, it is now compulsory everywhere. You have to go by NEET to get the admission.

The fee would differ in every institute ranging from INR. 20K to INR. 1lacs per annum. Please specify which college you wish to enquire about.
