No, even if you have a reservation you can't get a Civil seat at JNTU Ananthapur. But you may have a chance in JNTU Narsaraopeta. Reserved candidates can get JNTU pulivendula and kalikiri. One can say that you will get a guarantee seat in OU/JNTU through TS EAMCET if you get minimum marks of 130140 which would place you in a rank below 500. Along with this, a good IPE score of above 975 would rocket up your rank. Thanks and all the best.
